Returns & Exchange
Your return and exchange rights if supplies are not what you expected.
— Section I —
01Right of Withdrawal
Under distance-selling rules, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your shipment, without giving any reason. It is enough to send your withdrawal notice via Contact.
Some supplies are outside the scope of withdrawal by their nature (see the exceptions below).
— Section II —
02Return Conditions
For a smooth return, the supply must be:
- Unused and in resalable condition.
- Complete with its original packaging, accessories and any gifts.
- Returned together with the shipment invoice or shipment card.
— Section III —
03How to Return
- 1. Write the Outpost with your registry/shipment number and your return request.
- 2. We send you the return address and instructions.
- 3. Pack the supply safely and send it with the stated convoy.
- 4. Once it reaches the Outpost and is checked, your refund is started.
— Section IV —
04Exchange
If a supply arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are entitled to an exchange. Reach the Outpost with a photo; we dispatch the correct supply as soon as possible. For faulty or damaged items, shipping costs are on the Outpost.
— Section V —
05Non-returnable Supplies
Supplies that are not eligible for return by their nature:
- Opened paint, glue and liquids (pure water, isopropyl alcohol, thinner) and other hygiene or single-use items.
- Personalised and custom-order (3D-print) supplies made for the explorer.
- Some discounted records marked 'last piece'.
Exceptions are stated on the relevant product page.
