Warranty Terms
This English translation is provided for information only. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version is legally binding.
The scope, duration and claim process of the warranty we give against manufacturing defects on products bought from Terminal Wargaming are set out below.
Free replacement within 2 years for manufacturing defects.
1. Scope
The following count as manufacturing defects and are covered by the warranty:
- Print or cutting faults,
- Parts that arrive broken or cracked,
- Missing parts,
- Parts that do not fit together.
2. Duration
The warranty period is 2 (two) years from the date the product is delivered to you.
3. Remedy
A product with a manufacturing defect is replaced with a new one free of charge. Shipping for the replacement is on us: you are not charged for sending the faulty product to us with our contracted carrier or for sending the new product to you.
4. What Is Not Covered
- Breakage or drops caused by the user,
- High heat (e.g. a dishwasher, the inside of a car parked in the sun),
- Normal wear from use,
- Consumable parts and products: the wet palette sponge and parchment paper, handle rubber bands and Brush Cleaner Soap.
5. How to Claim
E-mail your order number and photos showing the defect to helpdesk@terminalwargaming.com. We will send you the replacement and shipping steps by e-mail.

6. Your Statutory Rights
This commitment does not limit your statutory rights under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun).
