Before You Brief

How long does it take?

It depends on scope: a single figure can take a few days, a full army a few weeks. We confirm the exact timeline in the quote; an expedited option is available for urgent work.

How is the price set?

By model count, paint level (tabletop/display/competition), basing and assembly needs. As soon as we receive your brief we produce an itemised, transparent quote — no surprises.

How does shipping work?

We pack carefully for all of Türkiye, protect against breakage and ship securely. For international shipping, let us talk separately.

Do you do revisions?

Yes. We take sample/colour approval before production and include reasonable revisions in scope. With clear expectations, there are no surprises.

Are reference images required?

Not required, but they help a lot. Inspiration images, a colour scheme or photos of your army make the quote sharper. We use images for inspiration/reference only.

Is there a minimum order?

We take work at every scale, from a single figure to a full army. Submit your brief first — together we will define the right scope.
