Terms & Conditions

These terms are between Terminal Wargaming ('the Outpost' / 'Seller') on one side and the user who registers or places an order ('Explorer' / 'Buyer') on the other. 'Supply' means the products offered for sale, 'Shipment' the order, and 'Convoy' the carrier delivery.

Creating an Expedition Passport (membership) is free. The Explorer agrees that the information provided is accurate and that they are responsible for the security of their account. The points and rank system is subject to the rules set by the Outpost.

The distance-sales contract is formed when the Explorer completes the checkout step. The Outpost reserves the right not to confirm an order and to refund the amount in cases such as stock or pricing errors. Pre-order information is provided at checkout.

The Outpost brand, logo, texts, images and page design belong to Terminal Wargaming; they may not be used or copied without permission.

The Outpost prepares and ships supplies with care. It cannot be held directly responsible for force majeure or delays caused by the carrier. The Explorer must use supplies for their intended purpose, following safety warnings on items such as paint, glue and liquids.

These terms take effect on the date they are published on the site. The Outpost reserves the right to update them; the current version is always on this page.
