What Caught Our Eye
- Cloth: The crimson cloak is painted up a long ladder, from deep shadows to pale highlights. The folds genuinely "fall".
- Limited palette: Almost everything is built on crimson, bone and grey. The restraint does not scatter the eye; instead it locks onto the relic.
- Freehand: The fine markings on the cloak's hem are drawn by brush, without a stencil.

Saying much with few colours is harder than saying little with many. This piece reminds us that restraint can be a design decision.
